S-corp / BK CPA needed for tax return

CPA to Prepare & File 2025 Taxes — S-Corp (Partial Year), Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, Personal K-1 Description: I'm looking for a licensed CPA (or EA) to prepare and file my 2025 federal and state tax returns. My situation has a few moving parts, so I need someone comfortable with each of the following: S-Corp short-year return (Form 1120-S). My business only operated for a few months in 2025, so this is a partial-year filing. Chapter 7 bankruptcy & cancelled debt. I went through a Chapter 7 in 2025 and had debts discharged. I'll likely have 1099-C cancellation-of-debt forms, and I need someone who knows how to handle the bankruptcy/insolvency exclusions (IRC §108 / Form 982) correctly so I'm not taxed on discharged debt I shouldn't be.
