UX designer

1. **Role Overview:** We are seeking an empathetic UX Designer to champion our users and simplify complex digital workflows. 2. **User Research:** You will conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to uncover deep insights and pain points. 3. **Architecture & Flows:** You will map out intuitive sitemaps, user journeys, and logical navigation paths. 4. **Wireframing & Prototyping:** You will build everything from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive prototypes in Figma. 5. **Cross-Team Collaboration:** You will partner closely with Product Managers and Engineers from ideation to launch. 6. **Iterative Testing:** You will validate designs through continuous user testing and translate feedback into improvements. 7. **Design System Maintenance:** You will contribute to and scale our unified design system for cross-platform consistency. 8. **Required Experience:** 4+ years of experience backed by a strong portfolio showcasing an end-to-end user-centered design process. 9. **Key Traits:** Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions, alongside a sharp, analytical problem-solving mindset. 10. **Bonus Skills:** Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and a basic understanding of front-end development constraints.
