A developer technical website expert is required

Summary

Strange website outcomes. Until around one month ago, our 10-year-old was doing OK. Not great, but ok. However, during the last month or so, something weird has happened; I don't know what, but something has gone wrong. Traffic levels are exactly the same as always, no change. But emails and telephone calls are zero. Really ZERO!! This is illogical. especially as we have not changed the message or the theme. All is the same as always. Email and telephone number have not changed. I'm thinking maybe we should rewind the site to one month ago, when we were busy!! What do you think about this idea? I cannot see any minuses....
