3D dwg of apartment

I am looking for an experienced architectural draftsman or architect to convert a detailed set of apartment measurements from an image into a precise, fully layered 2D floor plan and a clean 3D AutoCAD DWG file. The apartment is a 4-bedroom unit. I have all the flat 2D measurements completely ready, along with ceiling and structural height details. What I Will Provide: Clear image of the apartment layout with all horizontal dimensions (wall lengths, openings, room widths). Clear vertical dimensions (ceiling height, window sill/header heights, door heights). Required Deliverables: 2D Floor Plan: A precise 2D layout in AutoCAD DWG format. 3D DWG Model: A clean 3D model built using 3D Solids (not just extruded 2D lines/surfaces) of the structural shell (walls, floor slab, columns, and openings). PDF Export: A print-ready, high-resolution vector PDF of the 2D layout for quick reference. Technical Requirements: Scale & Units: Must be drawn to strict 1:1 scale using Metric units (millimeters). (e.g., a 2.8-meter ceiling height should be drawn as 2800 units, a 15cm wall as 150 units). Layer Organization: Professional layer management is a must. Elements must be logically separated onto standard layers (e.g., A-WALL, A-DOOR, A-WIND, A-BEAM, A-ANNO-GIMS). Clean Geometry: No overlapping lines, broken joints, or unclosed loops. The 3D model needs to be perfectly watertight and ready for interior design planning/rendering.
