Primary Objective: -Help increase sales by optimizing our eBay store while creating organized systems that allow the business to grow efficiently This is not simply a listing position. We are looking for someone who can continuously improve listing quality, store organization, pricing strategy, and operational workflows. Responsibilities: eBay Growth Optimize listings for higher search visibility and conversions. Create SEO-optimized titles using eBay best practices. Research sold comparables to recommend competitive pricing. Complete accurate item specifics and categories. Recommend pricing adjustments to improve sell-through rates. Suggest opportunities to improve impressions, clicks, watchers, and sales. Identify listings that should be revised to improve performance. Listing Operations: Create accurate product listings. Cross-list completed listings simultaneously using Vendoo. Verify brand, size, condition, measurements, pricing, and photos before publishing. Organize inventory to ensure consistency across marketplaces. Maintain high listing quality while improving efficiency. Inventory & Systems Create and maintain Google Sheets that organize our inventory, including: SKU Item Name Brand Category Size Purchase Cost Listing Price Lowest Acceptable Offer Marketplace(s) Listing Date Status (Draft, Active, Sold) Date Sold Selling Price Profit Help develop systems that allow the business to scale without sacrificing quality. Success will be measured by: Accurate listings Increased weekly listing output Improved eBay conversions Faster inventory turnover Organized inventory management Consistent cross-listing workflow Weekly recommendations that improve efficiency or sales Attention to detail and proactive communication Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Has strong experience with eBay. Understands resale pricing and sold comparable research. Has experience with Vendoo or similar cross-listing software. Understands SEO for eCommerce listings. Thinks proactively and enjoys improving systems. Is highly organized and detail-oriented. Communicates clearly and professionally. Takes ownership of their work and provides recommendations without being asked. Preferred Experience: eBay Store Management Vendoo Google Sheets Product Research Inventory Management Fashion or Sneaker Reselling SEO Listing Optimization AI tools for productivity Weekly Expectations: Publish 15 high-quality listings consistently. Cross-list listings simultaneously to selected marketplaces using Vendoo. Maintain organized inventory records. Provide a simple weekly workflow summary, including time spent on major tasks. Share at least one recommendation each week that could improve sales, efficiency, or operations.
