# eBay Listing & Customer Service VA (Amazon Returns / Liquidation Inventory) We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage our growing eBay business. This is NOT a sourcing role. You will not be searching for products to buy. We already own the inventory. Your job is to create accurate eBay listings, perform basic photo editing, price items using sold listings, and assist with customer service. **Expected production: 10–25 listings per hour depending on item complexity.** ## About Us We sell Amazon returns, shelf pulls, overstock, and liquidation inventory on eBay. Many items are open-box, used, or missing original packaging, so attention to detail is extremely important. We are looking for a long-term team member who can follow processes, communicate clearly, and consistently produce high-quality work. ## Responsibilities ### Listing Creation * Create eBay listings from product photos and provided SKU information * Identify products using packaging, labels, model numbers, and visual clues * Research completed and sold eBay listings to determine pricing * Write accurate titles and descriptions * Select appropriate categories and item specifics * Determine item condition based on photos and notes * Follow listing templates and SOPs ### Photo Editing * Crop photos * Straighten images * Adjust brightness and contrast * Remove unnecessary background space * Ensure listing photos are clean and professional ### Customer Service * Respond to customer messages through eBay * Answer product-related questions * Assist with return requests * Handle basic customer issues professionally * Escalate unusual situations when necessary * Maintain excellent response times and customer satisfaction ## Our Workflow Typically we will provide: * Product photos * SKU number (or photo of the SKU) * Basic notes when needed Your job is to: 1. Review the photos. 2. Identify the product. 3. Research sold listings. 4. Determine a reasonable listing price. 5. Edit photos if needed. 6. Create the eBay listing. 7. Respond to customer inquiries assigned to you. ## Requirements * Previous eBay listing experience * Experience using sold comps to determine pricing * Strong written English * Basic photo editing skills * Strong attention to detail * Reliable internet connection * Ability to follow written SOPs * Ability to work independently ## Preferred Experience * Amazon returns or liquidation inventory * eBay Seller Hub * Terapeak * Canva * Photoshop * Photopea * Marketplace customer service ## Application Instructions (Required) To be considered, please submit: 1. How would you respond? ## Initial Workload We will begin with a paid test project. Successful candidates will have the opportunity for ongoing work and increased hours as our business continues to grow. This is an ongoing part time position. Some days we don't have new listings.
