eBay Marketplace Manager Needed | Seller Hub, SEO, Listings, Promoted Listings & Store Growth

We are looking for an experienced eBay Marketplace Manager who can start ASAP and help us audit, fix, optimize, and grow our eBay business. We need someone who understands professional eBay store management, not just basic product listing. The right person should be strong with eBay Seller Hub, eBay SEO, item specifics, listing quality, pricing, inventory accuracy, Promoted Listings, Markdown Manager, customer service, returns, feedback, seller metrics, and scaling sales volume. This can begin as a short-term audit and cleanup project, but we are open to long-term account management if the person is the right fit. Key Responsibilities: Full eBay store audit Review listings, titles, descriptions, photos, item specifics, categories, pricing, shipping, and return settings Optimize listings for eBay SEO, conversion, and mobile buyers Improve titles, keywords, item specifics, variations, product details, and listing templates Review store branding, category structure, and buyer experience Manage Promoted Listings Standard and Advanced, discounts, coupons, offers, and Markdown Manager Use tools such as Terapeak, ZIK Analytics, InkFrog, Auctiva, eBay File Exchange, DSM Tool, or similar Research competitors, pricing, product demand, and winning products Review inventory accuracy, bulk uploads, listing errors, order workflows, and fulfillment processes Handle buyer messages, returns, cases, INR/INAD claims, feedback issues, and customer service Improve seller metrics, defect rate, late shipment rate, tracking uploads, and account health Recommend automation, reporting, SOPs, and tools to help scale the store efficiently Create a clear action plan to increase impressions, clicks, conversion rate, and sales Ideal Candidate: Strong experience managing eBay stores through eBay Seller Hub Deep understanding of eBay SEO, Cassini search ranking, item specifics, and listing quality Experience with high-SKU stores, resale, used/refurbished products, auto parts/eBay Motors, or dropshipping is a strong plus Experience creating listings with variations, templates, bulk uploads, and mobile-optimized layouts Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, competitor research, shipping settings, returns, and seller standards Experience with Promoted Listings, coupons, offers, Markdown Manager, and store promotions Able to diagnose problems quickly and provide practical solutions Strong communication and daily/weekly reporting skills Available to start ASAP Open to short-term cleanup and possible long-term store management
