Sports Card Data Specialist (Card Dealer Pro → eBay) Long-Term Position | High Volume | Remote We are a Canadian sports card company with over 1 million sports cards in inventory. We list thousands of cards on eBay every month and are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to become a long-term member of our team. This is not a general eBay listing position. We use Card Dealer Pro to identify cards. Your responsibility is to carefully review every listing, correct any AI mistakes, and prepare the listings for export to eBay. Your Responsibilities We will: * Scan all sports cards. * Upload the images into Card Dealer Pro. You will: * Review every card identified by Card Dealer Pro. * Correct all AI identification errors. * Verify player name. * Verify year. * Verify manufacturer (Topps, Bowman, Panini, Upper Deck, etc.). * Verify set name. * Verify card number. * Identify rookie cards. * Identify inserts. * Identify parallels and variations. * Identify serial-numbered cards. * Identify autograph and memorabilia cards. * Ensure every listing is accurate before export. * Export completed batches to eBay (training provided). Work Volume This is a high-volume position. Expected workload: * Approximately 5,000 cards per week * Ongoing work every week * Long-term opportunity for the right candidate Requirements Preferred: * Experience with Card Dealer Pro * Experience listing products on eBay * Knowledge of sports cards * Strong English communication * Excellent attention to detail You must: * Never guess when unsure. * Ask questions when clarification is needed. * Be dependable. * Be honest. * Be willing to learn our listing standards. Trial Project We are hiring multiple candidates. Each applicant will complete a paid trial of 500 sports cards. We will evaluate: * Accuracy * Attention to detail * Speed * Communication * Ability to follow instructions Successful candidates will receive ongoing weekly work.
