Hi! Thank you for applying to my job! This will be a long-term job, especially if you're good with customer service and helping customers through the checkout process! What are your initial responsibilities? 1. Customer Service: Respond to messages from incoming customers and write in English 2. Handling Refunds: Thankfully, this is also part of customer service, and it is quite easy to do, given the model from which I source my items. 3. Handling item not received cases: Sometimes, customers on eBay send inquiries for items not received. Your goal is to show everyone that we are a trusted seller by providing all of the proof that we shipped the items, and we even have a picture of where the delivery location was. If issues continue, sometimes its the best benefit to cancel the order (in most cases this will be the easiest way). If this is something you want to do and grow, then apply to the job. I do also have future plans to expand to multiple accounts, which means you could be managing more than one, and potentially getting bonuses to operate the software yourself and help with the listings and fulfillment part of the business! Thank you, and please apply with proof of work history on other eBay accounts, if you have! 1.⁠ ⁠Monitor incoming orders and verify payment. 2.⁠ ⁠Review the order details, including the customer's shipping address and any special requests. 3.⁠ ⁠Purchase the item from the supplier or prepare it for shipment if it's in your inventory. 4.⁠ ⁠Ensure the correct item, quantity, and shipping method are selected. 5.⁠ ⁠Upload the tracking number to eBay as soon as it becomes available. 6.⁠ ⁠Monitor the shipment until delivery and proactively handle any delays or issues. 7.⁠ ⁠Respond promptly to customer messages regarding their order. 8.⁠ ⁠Handle cancellations, returns, refunds, and "Item Not Received" cases professionally while following eBay policies. 9.⁠ ⁠Keep records updated to ensure accurate inventory and order tracking.
