Summary

I am looking for an advanced eClinicalWorks user who currently works with the platform on a daily basis. I need someone who can screenshare with me (if possible) the different modules, specifically focusing on billing, RCM (aging schedules), and reporting. I have already completed multiple demonstrations with eClinicalWorks and have spent significant time reviewing contracts, pricing, AI functionality, reporting, revenue cycle workflows, and implementation. The issue is demonstrations are done in a fast manner where it is difficult to assess full functionality; thus, why I would like a more personal demo from a current user. I am not looking for another sales presentation. Instead, I am looking for someone who has extensive hands-on operational experience and can validate how the system actually works in day-to-day practice. This is essentially a technical and operational due diligence consultation before selecting our long-term EHR. Behavioral Health/Psychiatry experience is strongly preferred. Ideal Background Current or recent daily eClinicalWorks user Practice Administrator Billing Manager Revenue Cycle Director Implementation Consultant Practice Management Consultant Healthcare IT Consultant eClinicalWorks Certified Trainer (preferred) 5+ years of eClinicalWorks experience Experience with outpatient behavioral health or psychiatry is a significant plus Consultation Topics I would like to validate and better understand the following: Revenue Cycle Claims workflow Corrected claims Appeals Denials Work queues Secondary claims ERA posting Payment posting Contract fee schedules Insurance allowables Reporting by payer and CPT Financial reporting Reporting & Analytics Help me understand: Where the data actually resides Standard reports Custom reports SQL reporting Exporting data Power BI integration Executive dashboards Revenue cycle reporting Day-to-Day Workflow Please walk me through the actual workflow for: Front desk Scheduling Patient check-in Medication management visit Provider documentation Billing Collections Revenue cycle follow-up I want to understand what actually happens in practice—not just what is shown during demonstrations. Customer Support Based on your experience: How responsive is customer support? What are the biggest frustrations? What questions typically require multiple follow-ups? AI Please discuss your experience with: Sunoh Ambient documentation AI assistants Time savings Limitations Patient Communication I would like to understand the real-world workflow for: Appointment reminders Secure messaging Two-way texting Patient Portal Intake forms Telehealth Phone Systems Please explain: Which phone systems integrate best with eClinicalWorks Whether staff still spend their day switching between the EHR and the phone system Whether there is a truly integrated communication workflow Automation Please identify: Which workflows are actually automated Which still require manual work Which automation features meaningfully reduce staffing Which advertised automation features provide little real-world value Comparison with athenahealth Experience with athenahealth is highly preferred. If you have worked extensively with both platforms, I would appreciate an unbiased comparison of: Daily workflow Revenue cycle Reporting Customer support Automation AI Patient communications Operational efficiency Long-term scalability Deliverable I am looking for a 90–120 minute Zoom consultation where I can ask detailed operational questions along with a write up The objective is to validate my understanding of the software, challenge my assumptions, and better understand the strengths, weaknesses, and real-world workflow before making a final purchasing decision. Please include: Current role Years using eClinicalWorks Whether you currently use the software Specialty experience Experience with athenahealth (if applicable) Hourly consulting rate I am specifically looking for someone who can explain how the software actually works in practice, rather than simply repeating features shown during vendor demonstrations.
