About Us Lambda Marketing is an eCommerce email & SMS marketing agency that helps DTC brands drive conversions and retention. We work with diverse, ambitious brands across apparel, food & beverage, health, wellness, and more, managing strategy, campaigns, and lifecycle flows that drive millions in revenue. The Role We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our remote team. You’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring projects run smoothly, deliverables are on point, and communication flows seamlessly. This role is perfect for someone with an analytical mind and thrives on organization, clear communication, and client success. Responsibilities 8 hours a day from 8-5 PM HKT Serve as the primary contact for 5–10 client accounts, building strong and trusted relationships. Translate client requests into actionable tasks for designers, copywriters, and assistants. Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables in Asana, ensuring deadlines are met. Review and QA campaigns/flows before launch to maintain high standards. Provide clients with regular updates, reports, and insights on performance (open rates, CTR, ROI, revenue). Anticipate challenges and proactively solve problems before they reach the client. Spot opportunities for upsells or deeper strategic support. Host client calls detailing reports and strategies. Requirements 2+ years of account management or project management experience (agency experience strongly preferred). Familiarity with Klaviyo, Asana, Slack (bonus if you’ve worked in Figma). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple accounts at once under tight deadlines. Comfortable discussing performance data and client outcomes. Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented. What We Offer Fully remote, flexible work environment.
