Summary

We are a fast-growing travel eCommerce brand. We are now looking for a Creative Strategist with experience who understands how to translate real product mechanisms into persuasive, native, high-performing ad creatives. This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who has already built and scaled winning campaigns in the space. Role Overview As our Creative Strategist, you will own the ideation and direction of performance-driven ad creatives across Meta, (maybe TikTok, YouTube, and other paid channels in the future) You must understand: Travel consumer psychology Trust-building in a category full of scam fears UGC scripting and hooks Direct response frameworks Performance metrics such as CTR, thumb stop rate, CPA, and ROAS Your job is simple in theory and demanding in execution: develop creatives that convert. Responsibilities Develop high-converting ad concepts based on data and competitor research Write scroll-stopping hooks and scripts for UGC and founder ads Build creative briefs for video editors and content creators Analyze ad performance and iterate quickly Identify winning angles and scale them Conduct competitive analysis within the travel accessories space Align creative with brand positioning and long-term growth strategy Requirements Proven experience working with travel accessories or adjacent DTC brands (mandatory) Demonstrated track record of winning ad creatives Strong understanding of Meta and TikTok ad ecosystems Ability to balance product honesty with persuasive messaging Experience scaling offers such as BOGO, bundles, or AOV lifts Data-driven mindset Application Requirements: To be considered, you must submit: 1. Portfolio of previous brands you've worked with 2. Examples of winning ads (video links preferred) 3. Performance metrics where possible (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.) 4. Brief explanation of why the creatives worked 5. Your availability and rate Applications without relevant DTC experience will not be considered.
