You’ll find us sharing ideas, testing things, improving details, and keeping the work honest, practical, and human. 🖥 The Role We are looking for an experienced Fractional/Part-Time eCommerce Manager / CRO Specialist to join us on a part-time, flexible, long-term collaboration. You will work across Shopify brands, helping us improve store performance, test and implement Shopify apps, support CRO initiatives, and join client calls when needed. This role is ideal for someone who understands what actually moves the needle in eCommerce: conversion rate, AOV, customer journey, merchandising, UX, analytics, offers, apps, and practical execution. Career Level: Senior Schedule: Part-time / flexible (1-8h/ week) Location: Remote, aligned with UK time zone Rate: €45/hour Collaboration: Long-term 🖥 Responsibilities Work with Shopify brands to improve store performance. Identify CRO opportunities across product pages, collection pages, navigation, cart, checkout journey, offers, search, and merchandising. Review analytics, customer behaviour, funnels, and store performance. Recommend, test, and help implement Shopify apps. Join client calls and explain recommendations clearly. Work with designers, developers, content people, and project managers. Support audits, CRO roadmaps, growth plans, and implementation priorities. Manage multiple brands, tasks, and priorities at the same time. Track what changed, what worked, and what should happen next. Bring practical eCommerce thinking into client work. 🖥 About You - You have extensive knowledge of Shopify and the eCommerce ecosystem. - You understand CRO, UX, analytics, merchandising, apps, and online store operations. - You have worked with brands doing €1M+ GMV. - You can show proven case studies, examples, or results from previous eCommerce work. - You are comfortable joining client calls and speaking in clear, plain English. - You are a strong multitasker and can handle several priorities at once. - You are practical, organised, commercially aware, and proactive. - You do not just give advice, you help make things happen. 🖥 Minimum Requirements - Strong Shopify knowledge. - Proven experience working with eCommerce brands. - Experience with CRO, UX, analytics, Shopify apps, and growth improvements. - Proven case studies or examples from brands with €1M+ GMV. - Excellent English communication skills. - Availability during UK working hours. - Comfortable working remotely with an agency team and multiple clients. 🖥 Nice to Have - Shopify Plus experience. - Experience with tools such as Klaviyo, GA4, Hotjar, Rebuy, Search & Discovery, reviews apps, loyalty apps, subscription apps, or similar. - Basic understanding of Liquid, HTML, CSS, and Shopify theme structure. - Experience working inside an agency. - Experience creating CRO audits, reports, or growth roadmaps. 🏆 What We Offer - Flexible part-time remote work. - Long-term collaboration. - €45/hour. - Work with interesting Shopify brands. - A practical, ambitious, and friendly team culture. - Opportunity to work across CRO, Shopify apps, client communication, and implementation. - Clear communication, no corporate nonsense, and a team that values good work. - A skill assessment or case study discussion may be part of the hiring process. 🖥 Sound like you?
