eCommerce Marketplace Manager

Responsibilities The primary focus of this role will be owning the Amazon & WalMart ecosystems as well as social shops (ie Tiktok) Must be fluent with all technical requirements and capabilities within those two marketplaces (ie listing products, adjusting inventory and price, running promotions, etc). Own 3rd party feed tools - like Rithum, Mirakl, and Feedonomics Oversee end to end operations with strategies to accelerate growth while protecting our brand equity and pricing integrity Partner with clients to translate growth goals into Amazon strategies through operating plans, roadmaps, and operational excellence Own the end to end marketplace strategy with a primary focus in Amazon & WalMart Serve as the primary owner of the Amazon relationships and dynamics that latter up to overall brand strategies and P&L needs Own the Amazon P&L, tracking revenue, contribution margin, ad spend and fees Partner closely with shared service teams and build strong cross functional alignment on Amazon strategy and role of sales channel Manage the strategy for product mix, pricing, promotions and inventory forecasts and buys Own category and brand ranking, organic visibility and share of voice within Amazon platform Monitor the category and competitive landscape within channel to identify risks or opportunities and ready to translate into actions to execute against Provide business reporting to stakeholders and executive readouts for weekly, monthly, and quarterly channel performance reviews Own the performance reporting that includes revenue, margin, ad spend efficiency and inventory Leverage data insights to identify and translate into actions with opportunities and watch outs Experience in building demand forecasts in collaboration with Demand teams
