eCommerce Store Manager Needed

I’m looking for an experienced eCommerce store manager to help reactivate and grow my existing eBay store. I previously sold on eBay and would now like to partner with someone who can independently handle the day-to-day operations. Experience with Amazon, TikTok Shop, Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, or other eCommerce platforms would be a great bonus, as there may be opportunities to expand in the future. Responsibilities: * Review my existing eBay account and listings * Research profitable products and niches * Locate reliable, policy-compliant suppliers * Create and optimize listings * Manage pricing and inventory * Process and monitor orders * Respond to customer messages * Handle basic customer service and returns * Provide a monthly sales and profit summary * Recommend opportunities on other selling platforms when appropriate What I’ll provide: * Limited access through eBay Team Access * Freedom to research and recommend products and niches * Openness to expanding to other eCommerce platforms * The opportunity to grow with the business long-term Compensation: This is a profit-sharing opportunity with no upfront or hourly pay. Compensation will be a percentage of net profit per sale, paid monthly based on the store’s sales report. The percentage is open for discussion and will depend on your experience, proposed responsibilities, and results. Net profit will be calculated after product costs, marketplace fees, shipping, advertising, refunds, and other direct selling expenses.
