eCommerce Video Editor for Ads

Hiring: eCommerce Video Editor (UGC, VSLs, AI Ads) We’re looking for experienced eCommerce video editors who understand direct-response marketing and can consistently produce high-converting ad creatives. What You’ll Edit * AI UGC ads * VSLs (Video Sales Letters) * AI-generated videos * Static-to-video ads * Product demos and problem-solution ads * Test creatives and iteration batches * General direct-response eCommerce ads for Meta, TikTok, and other paid platforms Requirements * Proven experience editing for multiple eCommerce brands. * Portfolio with winning ads and performance metrics. * At least $50k+ in revenue generated from ads you’ve edited (screenshots/case studies preferred). * Strong understanding of: * Hooks (first 1-3 seconds) * Retention editing * Direct-response copy and storytelling * UGC pacing and native-style ads * Conversion-focused editing principles * Experience with: * Meta and TikTok creative best practices * AI tools (ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Arcads, Creatify, etc.) * Fast turnaround and good communication. * Comfortable receiving feedback and producing multiple iterations. Production Capacity Agencies: * Able to consistently deliver 15-25+ high-quality ads per week. Freelancers: * Able to consistently deliver 10-15+ high-quality ads per week. Bonus Points * Experience scaling brands past $100k/month or $1M+ in revenue. * Experience in supplements, beauty, fashion, info products, or SaaS. * Can source B-roll and create ads from minimal assets. * Experience managing creative testing frameworks and producing variations at scale. * Can write hooks, scripts, or angles—not just edit. Compensation * $15-25 per video or $15-25 per finished minute, depending on the project and experience.
