Summary

We are looking for an EU-qualified lawyer with specific eIDAS / electronic signature expertise to produce a written legal opinion / compliance memorandum on the eIDAS classification of our e-signature tool's signing processes. We operate a European e-signature SaaS platform offering three signature tiers under the eIDAS Regulation (EU 910/2014): Simple Electronic Signature (SES), Advanced Electronic Signature (AES), and Qualified Electronic Signature (QES, via a third-party QTSP integration). Scope: We need the opinion to confirm: 1. Whether our SES implementation meets Article 3(10) eIDAS 2. Whether our AES implementation (via SMS OTP or 2FA authentication) meets Article 26 eIDAS 3. Whether our QES offering, delivered through API integration with a third-party QTSP-partnered provider, is sufficient to qualify as QES under Article 3(12) eIDAS, and what obligations apply to us as an integrator/reseller 4. A confirmation-level review of specific marketing language, including an "unlimited AES signatures" claim 5. A short review of Terms & Conditions clauses relating to signature validity (excerpt only, not the full document) We have already prepared a detailed technical and procedural document (10 pages plus supporting attachments: audit trail examples, screenshots, and a summary of the relevant third-party QTSP provider agreement) mapping our process to the eIDAS requirements article by article, with a consolidated list of specific questions. This is meant to minimize your research time — we are asking you to review, confirm or correct our classification, and formalize this into a signed legal opinion, not start the analysis from scratch. Requirements: - EU-qualified lawyer with demonstrable eIDAS / electronic signature / trust services experience - Please share a redacted example of prior eIDAS-related work - Confirm your bar admission and jurisdiction in your proposal Deliverable: a written legal opinion / compliance memorandum addressing the points above. Budget: Fixed price, please propose based on the prep material (10 pages + attachments) Timeline: 1-2 weeks
