I'm looking for a Facebook ad expert to help us get started with our Facebook ad campaigns for retargeting and specialized targeting to an audience. The product that we are trying to promote is online courses. We will provide the ad designs and the copy. We need help just setting up the Facebook tool and consulting on the strategy. Full-time freelancers only, please.
