2D explainer video creation

I'm looking for a video editor who specializes in creating 2D explainer videos for YouTube. Requirements: * Experience creating this type of video. * A real human voice must be used (no AI-generated voiceovers). * The videos must not be entirely generated using AI. Using AI for certain elements is acceptable, but most of the work should come from genuine editing and original production. * Thumbnail creation must be included. * Ability to produce high-quality, engaging, and professional videos. I'm looking for someone interested in a long-term collaboration. The expected workload is one video every four days.
