We are hiring a Recruitment Specialist (Canada B2B Sales Roles) We are looking for an experienced recruitment specialist on Upwork to help us source and screen B2B field sales professionals in Canada. 🎯 Role Overview You will be responsible for recruiting experienced local sales professionals across: Quebec Ontario British Columbia Texas These candidates will work in industrial B2B sales (field-based roles). 💼 Your Responsibilities Source qualified candidates in Canada Screen and pre-qualify applicants Deliver shortlists of high-quality candidates per region Ensure candidates meet strict field sales requirements Conduct basic pre-interviews if needed 🔴 MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS (VERY IMPORTANT) We are ONLY looking for candidates who: Have experience recruiting OR working with B2B sales / industrial roles Understand field sales / outside sales profiles Can identify candidates with 4+ years sales experience Can screen for on-site customer visit experience Have experience sourcing in Canada market (QC / ON / BC preferred) Deliverables 5–10 qualified candidates per region (QC / ON / BC) Each candidate must include: Years of experience Sales background (field vs inside) Industry experience Language ability (French for Quebec if applicable) Short screening notes 💰 Engagement Milestone-based payment (per shortlist / per hire) Long-term cooperation possible if performance is strong
