QA for GPT/Rewarded Site

Overview We run a mobile rewards app. Users install games through us and earn rewards for reaching in-game milestones. Our US results badly underperform our UK results, and we need someone physically in the US to go through the exact US user journey on real devices and tell us precisely where it breaks. This is hands-on QA and documentation, not development. What you'll do Sign up to our app as a new US user on both iOS and Android, and document the full activation flow step by step (account creation, email and phone verification, first session), flagging anything that fails, stalls, or behaves oddly. For a set of game offers we provide, click through from our app, install the game, and play to specified levels. At each milestone, record whether our app shows the reward and progress update, whether you receive any notification, and whether the offer screen goes active or stays stuck. Make small test purchases in the games we specify (reimbursed) and document whether our app credits the purchase and the reward. Screen-record everything on both platforms. Log results in a structured sheet we provide: per game, per step, expected versus actual, pass or fail, timestamps, and screenshots or clips. Compare what you see against a short spec of what should happen, and write a brief summary of where the US flow diverges. Must-haves Physically located in the US, on a US residential connection. No VPN, the test only works on genuine US infrastructure. Genuine US Apple App Store and Google Play accounts, plus a US payment method. Access to both a recent iOS device and a recent Android device. Meticulous, literal documentation. We need exactly what happened at each step, not an impression. Comfortable installing multiple apps and making small reimbursed in-app purchases. Reliable, fast turnaround, responsive over chat. Nice to have Prior mobile app QA or user-testing experience. Familiarity with rewards or offerwall apps, or mobile games. Scope First batch is roughly five games across both platforms, with screen recordings and a completed test log. If it works well this becomes ongoing as we ship fixes and need them re-tested. Deliverables (first engagement) Completed structured test log across the games provided, both platforms.
