VA for creator outreach beauty wellness brand

We're looking for someone to manage creator outreach for our fast-growing wellness brand. Your role is to identify high-quality creators, invite them to our ambassador program, guide them through the collaboration process, and ensure content gets delivered on time. You'll be responsible for finding and qualifying creators that fit our brand, reaching out and inviting them to our ambassador program, building relationships, answering creator questions, following up until products are shipped and content is posted, and keeping our creator database organized. The database should include each creator's profile link, country, language, audience, engagement, products sent, content deadlines, content performance (views, reach, etc.), and any other relevant notes. You'll also help improve our creator selection process by identifying the characteristics of creators that generate the best results. Initially, you'll support part of the workflow. As you become familiar with our brand and learn what makes a successful creator for us, you'll gradually take ownership of the entire outreach process. We're looking for someone with previous experience in influencer or creator outreach, excellent written English, strong organizational skills, and great attention to detail. You should be comfortable following up consistently, experienced with spreadsheets, Notion, Airtable, or similar CRM tools, and able to identify creators with genuine conversion potential rather than simply large followings.
