VA for pickleball club outreach

We are looking for a VA that has strong communication, high-level CRM experience and must have a Claude account. We have a cold email platform, which is doing outreach for us, but as the responses come in, we need someone to communicate with the leads. We have a way to make this easier using AI. I have set up a unique project in Claude, which we will copy to your account. Then the AI assistant will essentially give you a response for almost any conversation that comes in. You will need to update the status, move warm and hot leads into our CRM (High Level) and send out the calendar link for our in house sales rep. The main goal of this position is to get the data into High Level and setup meetings for our internal sales guy. Do not contact me outside of Upwork regarding this job, you will be ignored.
