Job Title: Vendor Partner – Global Freelancer Recruitment for Images and Videos Data Collection for AI Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Vendor Partner to support large-scale freelancer recruitment for our AI data collection projects. The vendor will be responsible for sourcing and managing freelancers from multiple countries to participate in image and video data collection for AI model training. The ideal vendor should have proven experience in bulk freelancer recruitment, a strong global network, and a good understanding of AI data collection projects. The ability to recruit diverse participants and manage high-volume hiring while ensuring quality and timely delivery is essential. Key Responsibilities Recruit and onboard freelancers from multiple countries. Source participants representing diverse skin tones, ethnicities, age groups, and demographics based on project requirements. Manage large-scale recruitment campaigns and ensure timely onboarding. Coordinate image and video data collection activities with recruited freelancers. Ensure participants understand and follow project guidelines and submission requirements. Review submissions to ensure quality standards are met before delivery. Ensure all participant data is collected ethically, with appropriate consent, and in compliance with project requirements. Preferred Experience Proven experience in bulk freelancer recruitment or crowd workforce management. Experience supporting AI data collection, data annotation, or machine learning projects. Established network of freelancers or recruitment partners across multiple countries. Ability to recruit and manage a high volume of participants within project timelines. Good understanding of AI/ML data collection workflows and quality standards. Strong coordination, communication, and project management skills.
