VA to handle travel enquires

**Full-Time | Travel | WhatsApp/Email Based** We are looking for a **motivated, confident and sales-driven member** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for handling incoming travel enquiries from customers travelling from the **UK to destinations around the world**. Customers will contact us primarily through **WhatsApp**, and your role will be to understand their requirements, build a suitable trip, provide accurate pricing and convert enquiries into bookings. ### What You'll Be Doing * Responding to and managing incoming travel enquiries via WhatsApp * Understanding customers' travel requirements, budgets and preferences * Researching and pricing flights, hotels, transfers and other travel arrangements * Using our booking/pricing system to build and price holidays and trips * Providing customers with clear and competitive quotes * Following up with customers and converting enquiries into confirmed sales * Building strong relationships with customers and providing excellent service * Keeping up with enquiries and ensuring customers receive a fast response * Working towards individual and team sales targets ### What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is: * **Confident and professional when communicating with customers** * A natural salesperson who enjoys converting enquiries into bookings * Highly organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once * Comfortable communicating with customers through WhatsApp * Able to work independently and take ownership of enquiries * Commercially minded and motivated by achieving targets * Comfortable working with numbers and calculating travel prices * Reliable, enthusiastic and keen to develop within the company ### Experience **Travel industry experience is a strong advantage**, particularly experience in travel sales, flight sales, holiday sales or a travel agency environment. However, **travel experience is not essential** for the right candidate.
