help with academic journal publications etc including arXiv Paper Endorsement

Summary

I need help with getting onto google scholar, arXiv and others. I have a DBA and EdD, but have not gone into formal publications on journals. I want to start with preprints, move to arXiv, then peer reviewed journals, I would appreciate someone who has done this to guide me through the process.
