Editorial Board Members — Emerging Open-Access Journal Gerophysics

Gerophysics is a new diamond open-access, peer-reviewed journal (nonprofit; ISSN and DOI registration in progress) dedicated to applying physics and non-equilibrium thermodynamics to the biology of aging. We are assembling our founding editorial board and are looking for researchers who want to help shape a young interdisciplinary field. About the role We are posting here to reach qualified researchers beyond our existing network. We're looking for people who: Hold a PhD in physics, gerontology, biology, or a closely related field Have authored or co-authored at least 10 peer-reviewed scientific articles Have a genuine interest in the intersection of aging biology and physics Are willing to list their name and affiliation publicly on the journal's editorial board page Can, over time, contribute lightly to editorial decisions and occasional peer review What board membership involves The journal is new. We expect the first submissions no earlier than 5–6 months from now, once ISSN, DOI, and indexing steps are complete. Initial commitment is minimal, and we'll be transparent about expectations as the journal grows.
