Go High Level Bulk Course Implementation Specialist Project Overview Web are seeking an experienced Go High Level implementation specialist to help us build and optimize our online training delivery system for workforce development programs, schools, youth serving organizations, and consultants. This is not a simple course upload project. We are looking for someone who has successfully implemented and managed organizational course delivery systems where institutions purchase seats for multiple staff and participants and require a streamlined enrollment, onboarding, course access, reporting, and support process. Primary Responsibilities The selected consultant will: Course Setup and Organization • Structure and format existing courses within Go High Level • Organize modules, lessons, assessments, downloads, and resources • Optimize user experience and navigation Institutional Enrollment System Design Help us design and implement systems for: • Organizations purchasing multiple course seats • Staff enrollment processes • Student enrollment processes • Group onboarding • Automated welcome communications • Access management • Course completion tracking • Certificate delivery Automation Development • Build enrollment workflows • Create onboarding sequences • Configure email and SMS automation • Develop participant reminder systems • Create completion and follow up workflows User Experience Optimization • Improve participant experience • Improve program administrator experience • Simplify course access and navigation • Reduce support requests Strategic Consultation We are specifically seeking guidance on best practices related to: • Selling courses to organizations • Managing bulk enrollments • Seat allocation processes • Participant onboarding • Reporting and progress tracking • Course completion management • Scaling course delivery Required Experience Applicants MUST demonstrate experience with: Go High Level, Minimum 3 years experience. Organizational Course Delivery Must have successfully implemented systems where organizations purchase training for multiple users.
