We’re hiring someone who can run interviews directly, not assist them.

This role is focused on live conversations where you take control, guide the flow, and make sure the interview actually leads somewhere useful. If you can’t lead a call confidently, this won’t work. You’ll also be responsible for keeping communication clean between clients and the team, and making sure project tasks don’t drift or get delayed. This is a fast-moving environment. You need to think clearly in real time, adjust during conversations, and keep structure even when things are not perfectly planned. Strong English is required. Most of your work happens in direct calls, not messages. Basic frontend understanding (HTML, CSS, React or similar) is a plus so you can follow what the team is building and communicate properly.
