In-house Interior Design AI Supported - Build PDFs Follow Design Brief

We are an interior remodeling design-build firm and we are looking for an AI-enabled interior designer to handle clients and support them with in-house design. No direct client interaction required! Our typical flow is: - We send you files (design brief, style guide, 3D Sketchup file) - You will need to navigate the Sketchup file to get useful perspectives, and take screenshots. - You take the brief and the model screenshots and generate 3-4 photorealistic renderings that match the client's desire, using ChatGPT (we pay for the subscription and all usage). - You insert the renderings in a Powerpoint template and convert to PDF, and send back to us. This isn't as easy as it sounds-- you must have design savvy, taste, and the ability to ENSURE the AI renderings match the brief and don't have strange issues. We will provide a prompting guide. We have used this process for many clients and they love the AI renderings. We have many samples that you'll be able to look at that sold real jobs. Please include your favourite colour at the top of your proposal at the start to ensure you are attentive to detail.
