iOS App Developer Needed for Push Notifications, Retention, and User Psychology

I built an iOS app using Codex and Supabase that helps people manage daily tasks and clear things from their mind. The app is working, but I need help adding notifications in a way that actually improves retention. I am not just looking for someone who can technically program push notifications. I need someone who understands the psychology behind notifications: when to send them, what they should say, how often they should appear, and how to bring users back without annoying them. The right person should have experience with iOS app development, push notifications, user engagement, and retention strategy.
