iOS Expert Needed: Fix App Store Rejection 3.1.1 — Cannot Attach Subscriptions to App Version

Summary

I need an experienced iOS / App Store Connect expert to help resolve an App Review rejection related to auto-renewable subscriptions. The situation: My app (React Native) was rejected under Guideline 3.1.1 – Business – Payments – In-App Purchase. Rejection reason: I submitted Auto-Renewable Subscription products for review, but they were not submitted together with an app binary. I understand the fix is to attach the subscriptions to a new app version and submit them together. However, the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section does not appear on my version page in App Store Connect, so I cannot attach the subscription products. This is the first submission of these subscriptions (they have never been approved before). Current subscription status: Ready to Submit Paid Applications Agreement status: signed. What I need you to do: Diagnose why the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section is missing on the version page (stuck submission state, incomplete IAP metadata, unsigned agreement, or the known ASC UI bug). Get the subscription products back to "Ready to Submit" state (e.g., removing them from the standalone review submission if needed). Attach the subscriptions to the new app version and successfully submit the binary + subscriptions together for review. Review my paywall screen and app metadata to make sure they meet guidelines 3.1.1 / 3.1.2 (price and renewal terms displayed, Restore Purchases button, Terms of Use & Privacy Policy links) so we don't get rejected again. If it turns out to be the App Store Connect UI bug, guide me through (or handle) contacting Apple Developer Support and replying to App Review in the Resolution Center. Deliverable / Definition of done: The app version and subscription products are submitted together and accepted into review (bonus if you stay until approval). What I can provide: Access to App Store Connect (limited role, e.g., App Manager) or screen-sharing session — whichever you prefer. Screenshots of the rejection message and current subscription statuses. The app source code if needed (React Native). Requirements: Proven experience with App Store Connect submissions and in-app subscription setup (please mention similar cases you've solved). Familiarity with Apple guideline 3.1.1 rejections and the ASC unified submission flow. Available to start immediately; I expect this to take only a few hours for someone experienced. Please start your proposal with a short explanation of what you think the most likely cause is, so I know you've read the details.
