iOS Expert Needed to Publish a Rejected App

My iOS app is currently Rejected by Apple App Review. Task: Adjust UI/wording if necessary to distance it from generic fortune-telling, and draft a strong appeal to the App Review Board explaining its unique value as a psychological reflection & mindfulness tool. End-to-End Publishing Task: Handle all communications and follow-ups with Apple. The project is only complete when the app status turns to "Ready for Sale".
