iOS offline game mode needed

Summary

Im looking for an iOS developer to implement an offline mode for an existing mobile game that is server dependent. All files relating to existing game are available. This will exclusively be for private use. A complete product would be a functional app that doesnt require network connectivity and can function on "airplane mode".
