iSpring Production Specialist (SCORM build, WCAG 2.2 AA
Worldwide
Overview Instructional-design studio seeks an experienced iSpring Suite Max production specialist to take finished course assets through the final audio and publishing pipeline for a self-paced professional-development series in K-12 education. All content, narration scripts, slide decks, and companion documents are already created. You are not writing content or designing slides. You generate the narration audio, assemble and sync in iSpring, run accessibility QA, and publish and test the SCORM package. We are building an ongoing bench of vetted production specialists for current and upcoming self-paced PD projects, and we staff on a rolling basis as work is scoped. Strong performance on the initial work leads to ongoing, repeat production work. Scope of work Representative current project: produce 18 self-paced modules (9 English + 9 Spanish) for a K-12 PD series. The set is 8 full content modules (each a 10 to 20 minute narrated experience, roughly 15 to 20 slides) plus 1 shorter front-end introductory module. English is produced first; Spanish repeats the same workflow using translated scripts and decks that we provide. Each module is delivered as a SCORM package for a learning management system. You will own four production phases per module: Phase 1 — AI voice generation (iSpring built-in text-to-speech) Generate narrated audio from finalized, slide-by-slide narration scripts using iSpring Suite AI's built-in text-to-speech (formerly iSpring Suite Max). Match voice settings (voice, intonation, pacing) to a reference sample we provide for Module 1 in each language. Generate and sync the narration per slide within the iSpring project. Quality-check each clip for mispronunciations, pacing, and unnatural breaks, with extra attention to education terminology (for example IEP, ESSA, IDEA, WIDA, ACCESS, and state-specific acronyms). A pronunciation guide ships with every script. For Spanish modules, quality-check audio for artifacts and pacing. Translation and linguistic review are handled separately. Phase 2 — iSpring Suite assembly Import the finalized PowerPoint deck into iSpring Suite Max (Windows desktop application). Sync generated audio to each slide with correct timing. Configure transitions and advance settings (audio-driven, not click to advance). Preview and test full module playback end to end. Phase 3 — Accessibility QA (WCAG 2.2 AA) Verify reading order in PowerPoint (Selection Pane) matches the logical content flow on every slide. Write or refine alt text for all images, graphics, and diagrams from the descriptions we provide. Verify caption transcript files align with final audio in timing and content. Run color contrast checks on all text and background combinations (minimum 4.5:1 normal text, 3:1 large text). Confirm any information conveyed by color also has a non-color indicator (label, pattern, or icon). Test keyboard and tab navigation in the published module so all content is reachable without a mouse. Log findings in an accessibility checklist per module. Phase 4 — SCORM packaging and QA Publish each module as a SCORM 1.2 package (or SCORM 2004 if specified). Configure completion tracking (for example, viewed all slides) and resume behavior (learner can exit and return to the same place). Test the published package in SCORM Cloud or an equivalent LMS test environment: audio plays on all slides, completion triggers correctly, package resumes on re-entry. Deliver the final SCORM .zip and a brief QA checklist per module. What we provide Finalized PowerPoint decks, finalized narration scripts with slide-by-slide text, word counts, and a pronunciation guide, the storyboard with per-slide specs, and the target voice profile and settings to match. You supply your own iSpring Suite AI subscription (which includes the built-in text-to-speech used for narration) and your own SCORM test environment (SCORM Cloud or equivalent) for verifying published packages. Deliverables per modules The editable iSpring source project, with narration audio generated and synced in-project. Published SCORM .zip package, tested and verified. Accessibility checklist (reading order, alt text, contrast, keyboard navigation). Brief QA log noting issues found and resolved. Required experience Your own active iSpring Suite AI (formerly iSpring Suite Max) subscription. State which version you hold and how many modules you have produced. Hands-on experience using iSpring's built-in AI text-to-speech (or a comparable AI voice tool). SCORM 1.2 and 2004 publishing, and testing in your own SCORM Cloud (free tier) or equivalent environment. A Windows computer (iSpring Suite is Windows only). If using Mac, a virtual machine set-up such as Parallels. Strong attention to detail, especially audio-to-slide sync. Comfortable working independently from written specs and a pronunciation guide. Nice to have (not required): bilingual (Spanish and English), useful for quality-checking the Spanish-language audio; subject-matter familiarity with special education, multilingual learners, or related K-12 content; WCAG 2.2 AA / Section 508 accessibility QA in e-learning (alt text, reading order, captions, contrast, keyboard); background in education, training, or instructional design; experience producing modules for government or K-12 clients; familiarity with SCORM Cloud. Engagement terms Fixed price per module, paid by milestone on each completed module. Module 1 (English) is a paid test module; the ongoing engagement follows successful delivery. Turnaround: completed SCORM package within 3 business days of receiving finalized assets for a single module. When modules are delivered in batches, delivery dates are scheduled against an agreed weekly capacity rather than 3 days per module simultaneously, so please state how many modules per week you can produce. Minor revisions are returned within 2 business days and full revision rounds within about 5 business days. The Module 1 test module runs longer because of voice calibration and design-system setup, and is not held to the 3-day clock. Timeline: English target completion August 2026, Spanish target completion September 2026. Modules are delivered in batches as assets finalize, not all at once. Beyond the initial project, transition to ongoing continuing professional development production on a rolling basis. Work for hire and full IP assignment of all deliverables to us. NDA required. You may not reuse this work in your own portfolio or marketing without our prior written consent. State your location and time zone. We are evaluating both US-based and offshore specialists. To apply, send Confirmation you hold an active iSpring Suite AI subscription, which version, and how many modules or courses you have produced. Your experience with iSpring's built-in text-to-speech or a comparable AI voice tool (one or two lines). A sample or description of a SCORM package you have produced and tested. A fixed-price quote per module and your hourly rate for comparison. If the introductory module would be priced lower than a full content module, note that separately. Your availability and earliest start, your weekly capacity, and your location and time zone. We are building an ongoing roster of vetted production specialists and reach out as projects are scoped. Please share your standing per-module pricing and availability.
