ianaiERP Consultant or Project Manager

## Overview We are seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant / Project Manager to lead customer implementations for a modern cloud ERP platform serving manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, and eCommerce businesses. This role combines ERP consulting, business process analysis, project management, customer training, and solution design. The ideal candidate understands how businesses operate and can guide customers through successful ERP adoption. --- ## Responsibilities ### ERP Consulting & Solution Design - Become a subject matter expert in our ERP platform - Analyze customer business processes and requirements - Recommend best-practice workflows and operational improvements - Configure ERP modules and business processes - Document requirements and implementation plans ### Project Management - Lead implementation projects from kickoff through go-live - Manage timelines, milestones, risks, and customer expectations - Coordinate data migration, testing, and deployment activities - Ensure projects remain on schedule and within scope ### Customer Success & Training - Conduct discovery workshops and implementation meetings - Train customers on ERP functionality and best practices - Develop documentation and process guides - Support user acceptance testing and go-live activities - Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle ### Product Collaboration - Work closely with product and engineering teams - Translate customer requirements into actionable specifications - Identify product improvements and enhancement opportunities --- ## Qualifications ### Required - 5+ years of ERP implementation, ERP consulting, operations consulting, or business systems experience - Strong understanding of business operations and process improvement - Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Experience gathering business requirements and documenting workflows - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously ### Preferred - Experience with manufacturing, inventory, warehouse, procurement, or supply chain operations - Experience with BOMs, MRP, work orders, production planning, or shop floor processes - Experience implementing ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, Odoo, ERPNext, or similar platforms - Background in manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or industrial engineering --- ## Ideal Candidate - Learns complex systems quickly - Thinks like a consultant, not just a project manager - Enjoys understanding how businesses operate - Can communicate effectively with executives and operational teams - Takes ownership and solves problems proactively --- ## Application Instructions Please submit: 1.
