Summary Virtual Sales Assistant (Chinese Market)Our premier Online English Academy is expanding. We are seeking a results-driven Virtual Sales Assistant based in China to connect parents and adult learners with our high-quality English programs. You will manage lead generation and student enrollment. You will guide prospects from their first interaction through to their official 3-month registration. Target Audience: Parents of young learners, teenagers, and adult students (Ages 4–50).Location: Must be physically based in China. Language: Native or fluent Mandarin, with strong business English skills. Key Responsibilities Identify and engage parents and learners interested in online English education (ESL and ELA). Promote and book students for their first complimentary free Demo Lesson. Follow up with prospects post-demo to secure a 3-month course registration. Build localized marketing touchpoints using WeChat and regional social platforms. Requirements & Qualifications Market Expertise: Deep understanding of the Chinese private tutoring and ed-tech landscape. Sales Skillset: Proven track record in direct sales, customer support, or enrollment conversion. Communication: Exceptional relationship-building skills to earn the trust of Chinese parents. Tools: Active presence on WeChat, Xiaohongshu (RED), or relevant educational forums. Compensation & Payment Terms This position offers a base payout combined with high-reward commissions. ( Could potentially be long term). Structure: Earn a competitive commission for every successful enrollment. Milestone Payout: Payment cycles are processed upon every block of 10 successfully enrolled learners who complete their 3-month registration.
