66 min of audio in Bengali/Bangla (from Bangladesh) to English time coded transcript

66 min of audio (interviews for documentary videos) total recorded in Bangladesh/Bengali and occasionally in English needs to be translated/transcribed into an English time-coded transcript file to be used for video editing. Time codes needed to be added frequently, at least every five seconds and at least at the beginning and end of each sentence. These transcripts will be used for video editing so accurate and regular time-codes are very important. Only the interviewees voice will need to be transcribed and translated, the voice of the person asking the questions does not need to be included. The audio consists of complicated words so a very high proficiency in English and Bengali is a must. The subject of this video involves exploration of complex subjects in relation to education and familiarity with this topics is preferred. Very important that the project be completed with 24 hours of being awarded.
