15 min video in Bengali/Bangla (from Bangladesh) to English time-coded transcript

15 minutes of video recorded in Bangladesh/Bengali and occasionally in English needs to be translated/transcribed into an English time-coded transcript to be used for video editing. Time codes needed to be added frequently, at least at the BEGINNING AND END of each sentence, and no more than 5 seconds between each time code. These transcripts will be used for video editing purposes so that the editor knows exactly where to make edits so accuracy is very important. so accurate and regular time-codes are very important. There is a chance that some of the sentences in the video have been edited wrong and are not complete. If this happened please indicate this in the transcript by writing exactly what is said and adding a note in brackets like this.. (incomplete sentence). The audio consists of complicated words so a very high proficiency in English and Bengali is a must. The subject of this video involves exploration of complex subjects in relation to education and familiarity with this topics is preferred. It is VERY IMPORTANT that this project be completed with 10 hours, there should be no delays.
