minecraft custom mob Creation

I need a Minecraft developer who can create a custom mob with a unique model, texture, animations, sounds, and at least one special ability (example: throwing fire). The mob must work on Java (Paper/Spigot) and Bedrock. Java abilities can be done using ModelEngine + MythicMobs or a custom plugin. Bedrock abilities must be done using behavior packs and animation controllers. Required skills: Blockbench, 3D animation, Java resource packs, Bedrock add‑ons, MythicMobs or Java plugin development.
