10 motion graphics templates for Premiere Pro

I need a motion graphics designer to build 10 reusable Motion Graphics Templates (.mogrt) for Adobe Premiere Pro, for a corporate executive education video series. Templates include full-screen title cards, building bullet-point lists, a data matrix graphic, lower-third overlays and a few other types, built in After Effects with Master Properties exposed so a separate editor can drop them into Premiere and just retype the text — no After Effects skills needed on their end. Brand spec is locked: navy and teal colour palette, a geometric sans-serif display typeface. I have a full written brief with a mockup of every graphic ready to share once we connect. Looking for someone experienced with Premiere's Essential Graphics panel and After Effects Master Properties.
