China Sourcing Engineer – Miniature Geared Motor & Lead Screw Supplier Search Project Overview We are a U.S. medical device company seeking an experienced sourcing engineer located in China to identify and evaluate manufacturers of miniature brushed DC motors, planetary gearboxes, and precision lead screw assemblies. Our current design uses a 16 mm diameter brushed DC motor similar in performance to a Portescap 16DCT Athlonix motor with approximately: 16 mm diameter 3 V operation 8,000 rpm no-load speed 16 mN·m stall torque 4 W output power High efficiency (80%+) The goal of this project is to identify Chinese manufacturers capable of supplying equivalent or improved components at production volumes.
