n8n Automation Developer — SaaS Product Launch (Fixed Scope)

I'm looking for an experienced n8n developer to complete the final build and UAT of a live SaaS product ahead of its first user launch. The product is built. This engagement is to fix a defined set of known gaps, run full UAT, and get it launch-ready. **This is not a greenfield build.** The architecture is locked, workflows exist, and everything is documented. I need someone who can read the docs, understand the system quickly, fix the gaps, and verify everything works end-to-end. Full product details shared under NDA on engagement start. --- ## The Stack - n8n — all automation - WhatsApp Business API - Claude AI API — classification and message generation - A cloud database platform - A payments provider --- ## What You'll Do **Phase 1 — Fix 7 defined gaps (fixed price)** All gaps are well-documented with clear expected behaviour: **Phase 2 — UAT (day rate, capped)** Run a full test plan (75 test cases across 12 sections). Fix any failures surfaced. All 75 tests must pass before the engagement is complete. --- ## What Good Looks Like - You read the documentation before asking questions - You use Claude or equivalent AI throughout — this is a requirement, not optional - You test each fix in isolation before wiring it into the flow - You send a daily async update: what's done, what's next, any blockers - You don't redesign — architecture decisions are locked --- ## You're the Right Person If - You have strong, proven n8n experience — specifically with HTTP Request nodes, code nodes (JavaScript), webhook handling, and multi-branch routing - You've built or worked with AI API integrations in n8n - You use Claude or equivalent AI as a core part of your development workflow - You're comfortable working async with clear documentation rather than needing hand-holding - You can demonstrate previous n8n work (screenshots, workflow exports, or client references) --- ## Engagement Details **Timeline:** 3–4 days for a developer working with AI tools throughout **Payment structure:** - Phase 1 (gap fixes): $500 fixed price - Phase 2 (UAT + bug fixes): day rate, capped at 2 days - Milestone payments: 50% on start, 25% on Phase 1 verified, 25% on completion **AI tool costs:** Included in your rate. No separate reimbursement. **NDA:** Required before any documents or credentials are shared. Non-negotiable. **IP:** All work produced is the sole property of the client.
