System Architecture & Scope of Work The project is split into four distinct, interconnected workflows communicating via secure webhooks: 1. Inbound WordPress & Sourcing Webhook Configure a production webhook receiver to capture data payloads from a WordPress form plugin (e.g., Fluent Forms / Gravity Forms). Normalize incoming parameters (Business Name, Street Address, Cash Flow, Asking Price) into clean JSON keys. 2. Deep Data Enrichment Engine Implement sequential HTTP Request nodes to pull and calculate data from zero-cost public sources: OpenCorporates API: Query by business name and state code; parse the JSON response to extract registration date and calculate business age relative to 2026. US Census Geocoder API: Pass raw text addresses to extract precise State, County, and Tract FIPS codes. US Census Bureau API (ACS 5-Year Dataset): Use the parsed FIPS codes to pull Median Household Income (B19013_001E) and Median Age (B01002_001E). Google Places API / SerpApi: Set up a radius query around coordinates to calculate local competitor density and fetch localized search trend vectors. 3. AI Structuring, Document Processing & Creative Finance Modeler Document AI / LLM Node (Claude 3.5 Sonnet or OpenAI): Configure structured parsing of unstructured text (broker notes, emails) to extract seller psychology metadata: estimated seller age, exit motivation, and dominant communication personality type (Analytical, Relational, Driver, Expressive).
