n8n Workflow Engineer -- CRM & API Integrations (LATAM, Fractional)

ABOUT US We are a boutique AI strategy and implementation firm serving mid-market commercial real estate operators. We design and deploy workflow automation and AI-powered systems that streamline core CRE workflows: investor relations, capital raising, asset management, underwriting, and reporting. Our clients are institutional real estate firms managing portfolios of 15 to 50+ assets across multifamily, industrial, office, and hospitality. THE ROLE We are hiring a Workflow & Integration Engineer to build and maintain the automation infrastructure that powers our client engagements. You will design, build, and deploy n8n workflows that connect CRE software platforms, CRMs, outbound tools, and data sources into reliable, production-grade pipelines. This is a behind-the-scenes builder role. You will not be client-facing. You report directly to the founder and work off written specs and briefs. Hours are flexible and scale with project load, typically 10 to 20 hours per week on retainer. WHAT YOU WILL DO - Build, configure, and deploy n8n workflows that integrate SaaS tools, APIs, and client data sources - Wire up CRM systems (Attio, Salesforce, HubSpot) with outbound and enrichment tooling - Build data pipelines that clean, transform, and route messy CSV/JSON data between platforms - Set up and maintain API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth) between client systems - Configure and optimize outbound/GTM automation (email sequences, enrichment, list building) - Troubleshoot, monitor, and maintain production workflows on an ongoing basis - Document everything you ship so it can be handed off and maintained REQUIRED - Production experience building and deploying n8n workflows (Make or Zapier as adjacent experience is acceptable, but n8n is the platform) - Comfortable with REST APIs, webhooks, and common auth patterns (OAuth, API keys, bearer tokens) - CRM platform experience: Attio, Salesforce, or HubSpot (at least one; working knowledge of integration patterns across CRMs) - Light Python or JavaScript for custom logic nodes, data transformation, and scripting - Experience cleaning and manipulating CSV/JSON data across systems - Fluent in Git for version control and collaboration - Strong written and spoken English; you will work off written specs, join calls, and document what you ship NICE TO HAVE - Outbound/GTM tooling experience: Smartlead, Clay, HeyReach, Instantly, or similar - Data enrichment platforms: Fintrx, Preqin, ZoomInfo, or similar - Email infrastructure: DNS records, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, Brevo, SendGrid - Property management software APIs: Yardi, RealPage, VTS, AppFolio - SQL for querying client data sources - Commercial real estate or financial services exposure ENGAGEMENT DETAILS - 1099 contractor, fully remote - Latin America preferred (US timezone overlap is important for collaboration) - Fractional retainer, typically 10 to 20 hours per week; scales with project load - $25-35/hr depending on experience HOW TO APPLY We read every application, but we filter hard. If you cannot show n8n specifically, Make or Zapier is acceptable, but tell us why you are confident you can work in n8n. 3. Include a brief write-up (a few paragraphs is fine) of a data integration or CRM automation project you completed. What systems were involved? What was messy about the data? How did you handle edge cases? 4. Your hourly rate and typical weekly availability. Applications without the Loom will not be reviewed. We are evaluating spoken English, technical communication, and whether you can explain your own work clearly.
