AI-native Engineering Lead for SAP PoC

We are sourcing a highly experienced AI-native Engineering Lead for an exploratory PoC in the SAP environment. The objective is to validate whether an AI-driven development approach can transform legacy ABAP into modern ABAP Cloud (RAP / Clean Core) for a financial services product. This role involves defining the approach, setting up an AI-native development environment, and driving end-to-end implementation using AI as the primary execution layer. The setup includes a lean team and focuses on a representative end-to-end use case. Key challenges include context provisioning, tool integration, and AI-driven workflow design. Strong collaboration with internal experts is expected. We seek proven hands-on experience in AI-native software development and solid SAP/ABAP understanding.
