AI-native Personal & Executive Assistant to a Startup Founder

We are Beyondles, a small AI company. We build an AI agent platform and starting to scale up with our first customers. Right now the founder is the bottleneck. Too much sits on one person. We want one sharp person to take work off his plate so he can focus on customers and growth. This is not a classic assistant role where you wait for tasks. We want someone who runs with things, uses AI for everything, and gives time back. If you are good, you grow with us in responsibility, hours and pay. ## What you will do ## - Own the inbox and calendar. Triage email, draft replies in the founder's voice, protect his time. - Prepare everything. Research people and companies before calls, turn messy input into clear short documents. - Turn meetings into action. From a recording or transcript, produce a clean summary and clear next steps, then chase them. - Coordinate projects. After a customer kickoff, take the transcripts and scattered docs and turn them into an organised set of next steps. Keep things moving between the founder and our developer. - Build small AI automations so that repeating work disappears over time. - Help with light personal organisation for the founder (travel, appointments). ## How you work with me ## - This role bends around the founder. He is the bottleneck we are solving. - You keep your own hours and we judge you on result. - But when he needs you on a call or needs something fast, you make it work. You adapt to his rhythm, not the other way around. - You are part of the chaos, not above it. Startups are messy. You stay flexible. ## Who you are (must have) ## - You already live in AI. You use Claude, ChatGPT and AI agents every day, for real work. - You can show one concrete thing you automated or built with AI that saved real time. - Your written English is clear and fast. - You are proactive. You try to understand me, you see what needs doing, you do it. - You are organised and reliable. What you take on gets done. ## Strongly preferred (not required) ## - You vibe-code. You build small useful things with AI tools like Claude Code. No computer science degree needed. - Some project or product coordination experience. ## Nice to have - Interest in sales and in talking to potential customers. ## The setup - One person, not an agency. Please do not apply as a team. - Fully remote. We do not care where you are. - Start around 20 hours per week. Flat 250$ per month, paid through Upwork. - After 2 months we evaluate together: continue or not, and if yes, at 20 or 40 hours (40 hours is 500$ per month). - This is meant to be long term.
