It's a gas station in California. I'm pretty sure that you've seen the preliminiary documents for this one. I'll share the other documents in just a moment. This one we are trying to ask any necessary questions to the client by tomorrow afternoon so we can get answers by Friday. Then we are working over the weekend to provide a submittable document by the end of the afternoon on Monday. I'll be available Sunday and Monday for review before submittal and we can do a screen sharing meeting. Here are the details:Fred Jajou - Gas Station Project 29 broadway in chula vista Southern CA Existing shop owned by Jajou, liquor store/burger joint and another space, mixed use. Trying to turn it into that liquor store gas station on Colfax. The vehicle tracking control for the fuel truck needs to be worked on. 8 units, 16 pumps total, one underground tank and another above ground tank for propane. Address what is highlighted directly. Estimating earthwork quantities can be dealt with on my end. We want something submittable by Monday EOB, by Tuesday EOB we do full review. By Wednesday at noon this is submittable.
