I need an Executive Assistant / Project Manager for a Telehealth Company

I'm looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant / Project Manager to be my right hand in building two new online health & wellness businesses from the ground up. This is not a typical VA role — you'll act as the operational engine behind an unconventional growth strategy, working directly with me daily. What you'll do: Turn my high-level plans into organized, trackable tasks using Asana, Trello, or Monday.com — you own the project management. Use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, etc.) creatively to draft content, solve problems, and accelerate work. You should be comfortable chatting with AI as a core part of your workflow. Research tools, compare vendors, and coordinate freelancers for specialized tasks (e.g., image generation, content creation). Interview, hire, and manage short-term freelancers via Upwork (I'll provide access) to complete small, specific project components. Join a daily 20–30 minute video meeting at 10 AM EST to align on priorities, then run with the plan independently. You're a great fit if you: Speak and write fluent English — you'll be on video calls, drafting documents, and communicating with freelancers. Are a natural project manager who loves building organized systems and keeping everything on track. Think critically: when a task hits a roadblock, you find a way around it using AI, research, or creative problem-solving rather than waiting for step-by-step instructions. Have experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) and are excited to use them daily. Are comfortable recruiting and managing people for small, specialized jobs. Thrive in a startup environment where plans evolve and you help shape the path forward. Details: Remote, 20–40 hours per week (flexible within reason). Daily morning video meeting required.
