I need an expert database developer with strong MYSQL background and database administration skills

Developer Request I have an HP laptop with MySQL 9.3 installed. The commission database previously worked on this computer, but I no longer know the MySQL password and cannot connect through MySQL Workbench. My Priorities • Do not delete, reinstall, or overwrite any existing database files. • Locate the existing MySQL database and create a complete backup before making any changes. • Reset the MySQL administrative password (or otherwise restore access) without losing any data. • Verify that the commission database is intact and accessible through MySQL Workbench. • Export the database to a .sql backup file. • Copy the database and all necessary files to a second computer so I have a working backup. • Provide me with the new MySQL username and password and briefly explain how to access the database in the future. Objective My goal is simply to regain access to my existing database and have a reliable backup. I am not asking for the application to be redesigned or rebuilt at this time unless it is necessary to access the data. Estimated Time I would expect an experienced MySQL developer to complete this in approximately less than 2 hours hours if the database is intact.
